1. Shipping Time

LAMMBERG is committed in providing its customers not only the best quality products but equally efficient delivery of products as well.

All our regular orders (Standard Sized / Ready-Made Garments) are usually shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. However, it can take up to 20 business days for your item to be shipped. In such a case, a prior intimation will be made via email so that you may plan accordingly. For custom tailored orders, we do not have a pre-specified fulfillment date since each order is of a different nature. However, upon completion of all necessary requirements of custom orders such as measurements, fabric selection and required accessories, we are able to communicate the approximate time frame to our customers which is usually not more than 4 weeks.

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the final cost. We therefore suggest you to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying.

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries. In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express delivery services including DHL, FedEx, Skynet and UPS etc. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-12 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses. Moreover, signature is required for the delivery of the items.

2. Order Acceptance and Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. LAMMBERG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

3. Order Tracking

Once we ship the order and provide tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the Courier Company due to any reason or courier company attempts to deliver order when the customer is not at home, it is customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you to follow up with courier once you are provided with the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, Courier Company might destroy the parcel and we will not be responsible in that case.

In case of purchase of multiple items, or multiple transactions from the same customers, we usually ship items in one parcel, however, depending on what you ordered; your order may be shipped in more than one parcel.

4. Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment for whatsoever reason from LAMMBERG and/or its affiliates through which your order was shipped, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any custom/import fees that incur on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
