1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

1.1 Order Processing

Please note that in some cases, an order may not be processed due to various reasons. LAMMBERG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, without prior notice. Customers may be asked to provide additional verification or information, such as a valid phone number and address, before we process the order.

1.2 Fraud Prevention & Payment Validation

To prevent fraudulent transactions involving credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to validate your payment details before processing your order. This verification process may include:

  • Identity verification
  • Address confirmation
  • Banking information check

If the customer fails to respond to our verification request within 2 days, the order will be automatically canceled. Additionally, if we detect any fraudulent activity related to credit or debit card usage, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.

1.3 Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation

While we strive to provide the most accurate pricing on our website, errors may still occur. If an item is mispriced, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or contact the customer for further instructions. We hold the right to cancel orders even if the payment has been processed. In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

 

2. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and coordinate with the courier company if necessary.

2.1 Hold & Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier company places the package on hold for any reason (such as customs clearance, incorrect address, or recipient unavailability), the customer must contact the courier company to resolve the issue.

If multiple delivery attempts are made and the customer is unavailable, the courier company may return or destroy the parcel. In such cases, LAMMBERG will not be held responsible for any loss.

2.2 Shipping Multiple Items

For orders containing multiple items, we generally ship them in a single parcel. However, depending on product availability and logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. In such cases, each parcel will have a separate tracking number, which will be provided to you accordingly.

 

3. Processing Time

3.1 Shipping

  • Standard Orders (Ready-Made Garments)

All regular orders for standard-sized, ready-made garments are usually shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. However, in certain cases, the shipping process may take up to 20 business days. If this occurs, we will notify you via email in advance so that you can plan accordingly.

  • Custom-Tailored Orders

For custom-tailored orders, we do not have a pre-specified fulfillment date since each order is unique. However, once all necessary details such as measurements, fabric selection, and required accessories have been confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline, which is usually not more than 4 weeks.

3.2 Delivery

After shipping, delivery usually takes 4-12 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.

 

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to applicable customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in the product prices. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs policies and duties vary from country to country, and we have no control over these fees. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any additional costs that may apply.

 

5. Shipping Partners

In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express delivery services including DHL, FedEx, Skynet and UPS etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Ukraine, Israel and OFAC Sanctioned Countries. For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses. Moreover, signature is required for the delivery of the items.

 

7. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of their order from LAMMBERG or its affiliated shipping partners, the following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Customs/import duties incurred on the package
  • Return shipping cost
