Return and refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No stains, or perfume smells.
To start a return, you can use the option of merchandise return available in "My Account" section. This step is not mandatory and you can also send us a message at email@example.com asking for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24hrs of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products, or Tailor made items are NON REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.
However, If we have made the error, THERE IS A HASSLE FREE RETURN, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
PLEASE NOTE: For full priced item
Once an issue has been determined and satisfied as per above, should there be a fault of ours, we will cover all costs for returns.
In cases of custom and tailor made we will cover all return costs should it be made incorrectly. We will not cover any return costs if we have custom made it to your submitted specifications.
In cases of colour dispute, we will refer back to your submitted order, and make reference to the fact that some mobile phones, and monitors will have colour variances and may / will not always reflect the exact colour of the leather. We will not accept disputes relating to a colour hue difference. Clearly if the order was black, but you received white there is no questions asked and we will happily exchange.
Please also note that leather is a natural pigment, and will always have different absorption qualities of die throughout. Further to this, as we only use 100% top grain leather, there will be irregularity in the grain, and as such, this will not be accepted as a reason for a return.
PLEASE NOTE: For "ON SALE" items
We do not cover the cost of returning the item should there be an issue. This will be at your cost. We only cover the cost of returns for full priced items.
If you choose to return the item because you chose the wrong size off the size chart (NOT TAILOR MADE OR CUSTOM MADE), then we will happily exchange the item providing it meets all criteria mentioned above. Meaning it is returned in as perfect, un-marked, no oudours condition, with all tags and labels, as we sent it. Shipping costs both ways, meaning back to us, then re-shipped to you will be at your expense. Proof of purchase is also required.
We offer refunds as money back or as in store credit upon customer's wish.
